BrightHive, a startup focused on helping organizations, networks, & communities securely and responsibly link their data, is looking for a Lead Support Engineer to join their team! Building and supporting open source interoperable data infrastructure, they provide social change organizations with strong data governance tools to help them collect, integrate, and share data more effectively and securely to inform interventions and collaborations that directly impact the lives of the individuals that they serve. In this role, you will develop data pipelines, and configure and deploy APIs, using BrightHive’s Python-based platform. As a a highly adept technical communicator, you will work directly with customers’ technical teams to understand client needs, providing key input and effectively identify and suggest new platform features.
