CMT Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing healthcare services company based out of Falls Church, VA. Founded in 2017, they are on a mission to help all patients get access to the right test that they need to treat their condition or disease. They partner with laboratories to perform prior authorizations on behalf of physicians to help better streamline and efficiently order diagnostic testing. This candidate will be the first Product hire to join their team! In this role, you will act as the Product Owner for existing products and new services that will be launched next year. The ideal candidate will have a technical background (or a very strong understanding of technology) and is very detail oriented. You have experience, and enjoy working, with a small team and have a knack for taking something complex and making it simple​.
Location: This role is remote at this time, but the team eventually plans to return to working in-office 3-4 days a week.

Does This Describe You?

    • You have at least 5+ years of experience managing a product.​
    • You have experience as a Product Owner for a SaaS website application or business application.
    • You are an effective communicator and can convey a clear vision for a product.
    • You are familiar with product management KPIs.

Your First 30/60/90 Days

In 1 month, you’ll

  • Get familiar with our product, technology, and business
  • Act as Product Owner in the Scrum process
  • Manage Jira ticket creation and prioritization
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to build features

In 3 months, you’ll:

  • Be responsible for requirements crafting and prioritization
  • Build out a product roadmap
  • Run iteration planning discussions

In 6 months, you’ll:

  • Start developing product KPIs
  • Delivery a detailed, thorough product competitive analysis
  • Identify key user and product metrics to track

In 12 Months, you’ll:

  • Launch at least one major product initiative
  • Identify and address product issues before they become a larger problem
  • Build and maintain a deep groomed backlog of requirements and clear vision of the product
  • Regularly ship new product features that delight our customers and stakeholders
