How are they adapting to COVID?
Idelic is currently working fully remote. In place of their weekly Friday catering, employees receive a $30 Grubhub lunch credit to enjoy a free lunch every Friday from their favorite restaurants safe at home. Company-wide activities are held each Monday and Friday to keep their team engaged and having fun because mental health is equally as important to physical health during these difficult times. Anyone needing a break from their home can submit a request to work in-office for a day to enjoy a clean, quiet environment that follows all CDC recommended guidelines.
