Focused on environmental, social, and economic impact, Loop & Tie marketplace gifts are selected to bring corporate gifting budgets to small and artisan makers, women-owned businesses, BIPOC- and minority-owned businesses, and businesses making a direct positive impact on environmental sustainability issues.

Loop & Tie is the gifting platform that gives back. We are on a mission to transform the space of corporate gifting by building a regenerative ecosystem of providers that give back on a local, national & global scale. As the only carbon regenerative platform, our ecosystems focus on improving three core areas of sustainability for our Environmental, local Economies, & Social Reform.
Technical Team
Tech team breakdown: 1 Director of Product, 1 PM, 1 Director of Engineering, 4 full-stack developers, 1 QA engineer, 1 Design Director, 2 UX designers
Tech team process: Persistent story writing and backlog grooming, weekly cycle planning, daily stand ups to discuss blockers; low overhead, high autonomy
