Senseware provides the commercial and industrial business markets with a simple and affordable way to integrate, monitor, and control all of their systems. Through Senseware’s unified IoT platform, building owners, operators, and facility managers get access to the full set of mechanical, electrical, environmental and plumbing data they need.
Since it’s founding less than a decade ago, Senseware has experienced explosive growth thanks to their “can’t find a solution? No worries, we’ll invent one” attitude. As of today, they have 21 patents and counting.

What They're Building
Senseware provides IoT Cloud Core Software and IOT Edge Hardware. When New Jersey Transit, for example, needed to manage lighting and HVAC power consumption, they used Senseware products. Senseware’s hardware includes 3 different products:
Gateway: Gateways provide a bridge between IoT Edge hardware and the IoT Cloud Core. Real-time data/control messaging is passed between the Gateway and IoT Cloud Core via Ethernet or Cellular connection.
Node: Nodes create a wireless communication infrastructure with a Gateway. Each solution-ready Node supports multiple Universal Interface ports for rapid configuration to your data needs using a catalog of Bridge devices.
Bridge: Bridges attach to any node via the Universal Interface ports. Bridges can incorporate sensors (e.g., IAQ) or can support common analog outputs or digital communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet).
