About Pryon

A unique history and promising future.

Pryon was founded by Igor Jablokov, whose previous company was acquired by Amazon in 2011 for its AI tech — which is now found in billions of Alexa, Echo, and Fire TV devices.
Today, they operate at the intersection of AI and knowledge management, to bring natural language Q&A to the enterprise. Their automated, vision-based ingestion of complex documents delivers precise answers to text and voice queries with higher rates of accuracy than mainstream search. They are backed by top venture funds who believe in their vision and ability to execute.

Location Policy

Their team is currently a fully remote organization, with physical offices in Seattle, New York, and Raleigh. Most of their locations have co-working space where employees can gather to work together if they care to. They anticipate moving to a flexible hybrid model to allow more collaboration in 2022.

Core Values

The team at Pryon values openness in ideas and communication, contribution to a positive and inclusive work environment. They love to work with team members who push the boundaries of imagination and technology.

Benefits

Pryon pays 100% of the premiums for all benefits for the employee and dependents.

What they are building

Customers and employees are demanding higher and higher levels of self-service experiences (think call centers, virtual assistants and chat), which require sophisticated natural language interactions that today’s chatbots and knowledge management systems can’t deliver. Pryon automates the AI model-building process, so companies can benefit from supercharged knowledge management within a day to better meet partner, customer, and innovation demands.
