About the role:
Pryon is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of their products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure that technical documentation meets the highest standards of clarity and precision. The ideal candidate can write user-friendly and engaging content that meets the needs of targeted audiences, both internally and externally.

In This Role, You Will:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software products, APIs, user manuals, and technical specifications
Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand technical information
Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences and stakeholders
Participate in the review and editing process to improve the overall quality of documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment
Strong knowledge of industry-standard documentation tools and technologies
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic high-performance environment
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
Willingness to participate in cross-functional design teams to develop expertise in other modules and systems
Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality documentation
